Welcome to Birth Angel Registry. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website is owned and operated by Birth Angel Registry, offering birth angel reports, illustrated portraits, engraved pendants, and related products. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” mean Birth Angel Registry. By using this website or buying our products/services, you confirm your agreement to these legally binding terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including artwork (angel illustrations, portrait layouts), written texts, logos, product descriptions, and page layouts—is the exclusive property of Birth Angel Registry and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The underlying tradition is part of the public domain; our illustrations, wording, and presentation of it are not.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works without written permission.
  • Claiming authorship or originality of our texts or artwork.
  • Using our designs commercially, including on third-party print-on-demand services.

Digital files purchased from us are licensed for personal, non-commercial use — you may print them for yourself or as a gift, but not resell or redistribute them.

Violation constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & PRICING

  • All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Prices may change without notice, though confirmed orders are locked in.
  • Payment via our secure partner providers (e.g. Stripe/PayPal).
  • We do not store your payment details; processors handle that.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

  • Custom work (digital portraits, reports, engraved pendants, framed prints) is non-refundable once started or delivered.
  • Refunds only issued for:
    • Items damaged in transit.
    • Wrong item received.
  • If applicable, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error was on our part.
  • Names and dates are engraved exactly as entered at checkout; no returns on correctly produced personalised items unless defective.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We use reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx), providing estimated delivery windows.
  • Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier errors are outside our control.
  • If a shipped package cannot be located by the carrier, contact us and we will open a claim and replace the piece.

6. NATURE OF THE CONTENT

  • Our products are based on a traditional calendar of seventy-two birth angels, presented for devotional, artistic, and educational purposes.
  • The angel is determined solely by the date of birth, and everyone born within the same five-day window shares the same angel. We disclose this openly.
  • Nothing we sell is a reading, a prediction, or a promise regarding protection, fortune, or future events, and none of it constitutes medical, psychological, financial, legal, or spiritual advice.
  • We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any church, denomination, or religious organisation.
  • You acknowledge that any use or interpretation of this content is at your own discretion. Our full Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest legal extent:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, profit, or goodwill).
  • Our maximum liability is capped at the purchase price of the relevant order.
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or misinterpretation of the content purchased.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. USER CONDUCT

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Submit defamatory, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems or other users’ experience.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including:

  • For suspected fraud.
  • If an order risks infringing rights.
  • If the personalisation requested is offensive, defamatory, or unlawful.
  • Or if it violates these Terms.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES

  • Any payment disputes or chargebacks must be resolved directly with us first.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and loss of future order capabilities.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect on the “Effective Date” above.
  • Continued use of the website/services after updates implies acceptance.
